入住行政雙床房，床墊舒適好睡，浴室空間非常大，唯獨冷熱分離水龍頭不太方便、圓形臉盆水容易噴濺，服務人員很親切，交通很便利

Located centrally with ample eateries options within walking distance, well maintained. Rated amenities a bit lower since lights had to be operated individually roaming around the room including switches inside lamps and hotel couldn’t provide drinking water upon request too guiding to fill dispenser from tap in washroom

地點很方便，房間就可以看到101，只是這次入住房間格局是長方型長條的規劃，有點不習慣

1.客房乾淨，打掃服務人員親切得宜。 2.自助式早餐選擇多，好吃便利，服務用心。 3.飯店附近的交通及商店都蠻便利的，如果家底豐厚，附近有很多店家可品嚐高級美食，花費當然也高級！如果是一般市民消費，大概走路10-15分鐘路程附近的店家，買東西也算方便。 3.櫃檯人員及服務員幾乎都是溫和有禮，服務周到。只有遇到一位櫃檯人員，向他詢問續訂問題時，叫我們自己查詢網頁，像是飯店沒有受理此服務？！所以查詢是否有空房跟預定房間，全部是網頁服務，是客人自己的事，飯店內部人員已沒有權限了嗎？？若是常態，那回答的語氣應可以明確並溫和有禮，以免壞了好印象。 4.需要化妝的人要自行攜帶鏡子最好自帶燈光功能，住到的客房都只能利用洗手台檯面化妝，燈光不足，可以改善一下。 以上幾個面向參考，大致都不錯，日後若有機會到此地區，還是會再預訂這裡。

Excellent hotel with helpfull and attentive staff. Great value meal sets available in the Cafe. Repetitive background music got a bit annoying. Couldn't understand how direction to place used toilet paper in bin could be construed as eco friendly or compatible with a high STD international hotel.

Great location But the room for three people was kind of small. One person was against the curtain and bathroom wall.
