Room was clean, door had to be pulled tight to shut and a cleaning lady accidentally walked in on us because of it. Also windows open right up to parking lot so ZERO privacy unless curtains were completely shut. TV didn't work beyond connecting to wifi and staff just shrugged it off and offered to have management come reset it. Buy wasn't really concerned. It was really nice and has potential but under construction and I was not told ahead of time , so it is why rhhu9ngs were not working, I assume. Phone did not workeither. .

Front Desk Staff/Young Man, was great!!! Back elevator was down Saturday evening/Sunday morning, which is a huge inconvenience if you’re staying in the back and park out back. This place is really nice, for the $$. I’ve stayed at other local places and they are dumpy compared to this place!! It’s going to be super nice when it’s finished.

This hotel could be a little gem. The rooms are a minimalist dream. It has all the makings of a boutique hotel dropped down in Pinellas County, FL. Especially, when the attached restaurants open for business. It is still under construction in some areas. But, construction noise or debris (except parking lot debris) is not an issue. Now staffing. Efficiency must be the priority, because friendliness is optional. The exception was the housekeeping staff who were personable and accommodating. But, that was only in one on one interaction. Staff does not say hello in hallways and appear sort of terrified when asked a question. Maybe a management thing? Upon check-in I was not made aware that the first floor ice machine was broken

This hotel is currently being renovated so there is construction going on. However, we stayed in a newly renovated room on the first floor and the renovations were great, very modern. The center courtyard and pool are very nice. Laura was the front desk receptionist and she was fantastic.
