On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed

No bath Mat, toilet not functioning properly, first receptionist not very communicative, second girl very friendly and helpful
