No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal.

Very disappointed with room. Paid £80 when was only worth a maximum of £20. Fire safety poster in bedroom unreadable! Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? Definitely not recommended at this price!!!!

Building site, unsafe, filthy, completely different from pictures on hotels.com. No lounge bar, no reception area. Should not have been open We walked out and drove home they refused to give me my money back.

Ett riktigt uselt hotell. Renovering pågår som kan påverka omdömet, men det var otroligt slitet och det eventuella brandskydd som finns var satt ur spel genom att branddörrarna ställts upp. Ni bör nog överväga att ta bort hotellet från er site.

Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents

From check in to check out,the service was terrible, arrived at the Hotel at 3 pm,there was no body at reception,after 25 minutes and a few phone calls the receptionist finally turned up,by then the queue for check in had doubled.When we finally checked in,turns out some of the bedding had been left in the passage way on the way to my room.The mattress on the bed was sunken in,had a very uncomfortable nights sleep.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
