Room clean but bed not up to Premier Inn standard. Very springy and uncomfortable. Grandson lived the packet of skittles in the room - this made his stay. Staff amazing and helpful

N:a room clean but not set up For women traveler. We has one both towel each but only in hand towel to share for two people. Each needs hair towel. Also no hand wash clothed.Mirror at desk was place Way to high for woman to us to dry or Put on make up.

great location in the outskirts of Reading (costa cafe on the one side, restaurant on the other side), in good condition, helpful reception, big + clean room

This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd. Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance
