Hotel con degli anni sulle spalle ma ben tenuto. Un refreshing ci starebbe. Colazione pessima! Il buffet povero e il caffè peggio. Il costo della colazione non corrisponde a quanto offerto. Da un hotel del genere mi aspetterei questa bassa qualità

The hotel was having a technical issue with printing of room keys which meant that the staff were having to open the doors. Staff were very apologetic about this and service was maintained with a smile. The gentleman who showed me to my room supported in directing me to shops and also reminded me of the latch facility on the door, as a lone woman this helped me feel safe and secure despite the door difficulties. My room was clean and tidy and had plenty of space. The pictures of the rooms implied there would be toiletries provided, however it’s only shower gel so I had to purchase shampoo but that might not be an issue for others. Breakfast was offered complimentary due to the door issues. At 9:30 the buffet was not well stocked but it was apparent the staff had been impacted by having to be available to take people to their rooms. This may be different on a normal day. I was very grateful to see the charging stations for the car when I arrived as it meant I did not have to look for somewhere to charge my car.

Staff were very helpful. The room I was allocated was very good! Large room and excellent bathroom. Gym was very small and unfortunately no treadmill which was shown in the gallery.

Easy location to find, decent amount of parking and in general it looks pretty decent. The room was very tired looking. Worn floor, cracked and badly repaired bathroom tiles & the only double socket in the room wasnt working. I found this out at 7am when i woke up and my phone and watch were nearly dead! Food was pretty decent but having to pre authorise for anything to my room when i checked in and then being asked to do the same on check out was a pain! And wasted my time.
