It’s a bog standard hotels no frills dated never been refurbished since the last time I stayed there 20years ago can feel every spring in the mattress however didn’t bother me as I was pxxed so if you want just somewhere to get your head down while your out in the town this is your place to stay

Very clean rooms, incredibly friendly staff. While it wasn’t exactly the Ritz, for the price you pay it’s pretty difficult to beat. Bathrooms were well maintained and there are enough that I never had to wait for one to become free. If you’re looking for a cheap stay, Metro Inns is hard to beat.

The close proximity to Newcastle Airport for a night arrival was the main reason for selecting this hotel to avoid high taxi prices into town. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The room was clean and in good condirion but the hanging electrical wires to the TV gave a vey untidy appearance. I was not impressed with the soap dispensers in all the showers being empty. The reception said this was because no-one was using the soap and they did not want to waste the soap going off if not used. Not impressed with this explanation so you need to take your own shower gel for this hotel!!!!!

Personale hyggelig. Parkering fint, men resten var slitent og luktet. Men billig var det
