Cozy studio apartment with air conditioning, a private deck, and easy access to Brighton's outdoor activities. Ho un grande monolocale al 2 ° piano. (In primavera inserirò una nuova recinzione insieme ad altri miglioramenti.) Il Monte Brighton Skiing è di 1 miglio e l'area ricreativa di Brighton State è di 1 miglio. La città di Brighton è raggiungibile a piedi anche circa 1 miglio. C'è un deposito cauzionale di $ 50 e se non ci sono danni verrà rimborsato! Questo appartamento è al 2 ° piano con molta privacy. C'è una scuola dall'altra parte della strada con un parco giochi. Il posto ha un'atmosfera rustica ma non è un posto adatto per una festa ecc.! I visitatori sono ok purché rispetti la proprietà. Questo appartamento si trova a Brighton e vanta una posizione strategica in campagna. Michigan War Dog Memorial e Mulino del Sidro Parshallville Cider Mill sono due dei più importanti punti di riferimento della zona, mentre a livello naturalistico spiccano Brighton State Recreation Area e Island Lake State Recreation Area. Qui c'è proprio tutto per divertirsi sulla neve... lo snowboard e i tracciati per tutti i livelli tanto per cominciare! Non ti basta? Prova attività come le escursioni in motoslitta.

We were in for a graduation. The space is as described and pictured. It was in the upper 80's the entire time we were there and the AC plus the fan kept it cool in there (for those of us from south Texas). I was particularly impressed with the mattress and pillows. They were very comfortable and not like normal Vrbo's where the pillows go flat middle of the night. Would definitely stay again. The host gave good specific instructions before we arrived that was appreciated. Only thing is that if you have mobility issues, there is a large staircase to get into the spot. Highly recommend.

Property was as listed online. Good for short stays. We stayed 4 nights. There are limited towels, etc and with no washer and dryer in the unit. We had to be conservative and reuse towels (not something we prefer). No a/c in the unit, but the small wall heater worked great.

The host had excellent communication and quickly replied to any questions i had. The apartment was very clean and cozy whoch sas important since it was so cold outside. The location was excellent just 5 minutes from downtown Brighton and grocery stores and restaurants. I woukd highly recommend this apartment and owner

Absolutely perfect please to stay for what we needed. Only downside was the water does have a weird smell but we had bottled water and he did provide a water pitcher for use in the mini fridge. Thank you for letting usbuse your space.
