We had a fantastic room. It was huge and full of history. Beautifully decorated and a comfy four poster bed. However the bathroom plumbing let it down. Don't think about using the jacuzzi bath unless you have all evening. It took over half an hour to fill. The toilet also didn't flush away properly. Before our stay I tried to contact Langtry Manor via Hotels.com, via telephone and by email but got no response from any of thos methods. Eventually I emailed the sister hotel and they replied imediately. The staff at the next door sister hotel were very helpful but ther is no customer service for Langtry Manor. Breakfast nextdoor was also lovely. Overall a great stay let down by the plumbing and customer service.

Not for me! Hotel is not staffed and frankly felt like I was sleeping in a museum - no hairdryer in room but no one to contact - tried out of hours number only to get s message , so gave up. Not sure it was worth a £100 room only

Nice hotel and room was comfortable. Plenty of parking, good location. Breakfast at sister hotel was very good with varied selection. Would personally prefer to have reception open for check in rather than a key code and breakfast in the hotel itself. Staff in sister hotel very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom disgustingly dirty, door of shower hanging off, toilet when flushed water rose to the top so blocked, taps on bath not secure, many other items not working or partly working. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great stay again at Langtry Manor. Ensuite rather small and a bit dated but otherwise room very good

Amazing historic buildings and room. Biggest room I’ve ever stayed in!!!!! For a midweek stay breakfast was not served early enough IMO. 8am till 10 doesn’t really suit a business stay.
