Room was clean, but because of major construction the windows were blocked with plastic. The entrance was filled with boxes as well as the dining area. Breakfast selection was minimal. I would hesitate to stay there in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years because we like the location and the fair price but this stay was very disappointing. The hotel is being renovated, and boxes of furniture and fixtures were all over the dining area and foyer area. Breakfast was very limited. Our room had not been serviced except for fresh towels, we had no information card or door hanger to let staff know what we wished. Workers began to use power tools before 8 am. Perhaps owners should have closed for a few weeks to focus on the updates so guests wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Not sure we will return although curious to see how it turns out.

Travelers beware, this is not a good place to stay if you want a peaceful night's say. It is wedged between two busy and very loud highways, with truck and car noise nonstop all night long. Based on my decibel meter on my phone app,, some exceeding 85-90 dB. Even with ear plugs, the noise was unbearable. I am not sure this can be fixed, Unless you are a super sound sleeper, this place is not for you. The worst night's sleep in a very long time. The good part, at least the linens were clean and they were dog-friendly, It was obvious they were doing MAJOR renovations (loud banging and hammering noise) and our room was not one that was upgraded. There were boxes and constructions supplies littered all throughout the place from the front lobby to the dining area and in the hallways. The parking lot was full of construction debris, lamps, old mini-refrigerators, old furniture and drywall. It was obvious they were painting something because the room and halls all reeked of wet toxic paint fumes. From a security perspective, the back door to the parking lot which had a sign on it that it "locks" after exiting: well it did not lock. They just need to close this place down!

A little hard to give an accurate rating as the hotel is currently under renovation. Our room had been remodeled, but a few items were not quite completed (cover not on outlet, wet bar faucet not installed). Otherwise - new carpet, new bed, new sleeper sofa, etc. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast area and lobby currently being used for storage for items for the remodel. I'm sure it will be better when the work is complete. 1 caution - if you are sound sensitive, be aware that the hotel is very close to the road and road noise can be significant.

The room was clean with new comfortable beds, but there is renovations going on and a lot of boxes cluttering the room where the continental was. The breakfast was very good and a good selection. The motel is next to a busy road and could hear trucks all night long.

My trip was unexpected & I was under duress from family trauma when I had to find a hotel on short notice..that said, the fact that Lancaster Suites was under extensive renovation should have been mentioned..all my windows were sealed with frosted plastic & tape..the dining room & foyer stacked with boxes of appliances..all with full pricing
