We like the location . . . easy walk to the lake. Right across the street is a small restaurant that is absolutely excellent and reasonably priced. My only negative--this was a visiting group . . . 6 or so rooms for a week and I made an error on one room. Good customer service would have let us cancel one night on that one room . . . but they said no changes were allowed. Sad that policies get in the way of making customers happy.

We've stayed here a couple of times on trips up to Hà Nội and we love it! The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning is simple but delicious. It's located in a great spot in the old quarter where you are about a 10 minute walk from some of the most prominent sites. Grab cars or bikes can drop you off right in front of the hotel. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and perfect for long or short trips to the old quarter

I stay here whenever I'm in Hanoi . . . can walk to restaurants I like. Place is clean and quiet.
