Beds were clean and made, towels and basic toiletries provided which was handy. However, Rooms very outdated, shower door broken, tiles behind toilet cracked and falling apart, bathroom very very small but everything needed for a night or two. Closet door doesn’t shut. Basics look clean but if look in detail, needs a deep clean- on first impression I wasn’t exactly thrilled to stay. Free onsite parking was a huge perk. Location is good, shops and restaurants across the road, underground a couple mins walk.

Great location for Wembley concert otherwise would not have booked this one. Very basic in appearance inside. Probably would have left and looked elsewhere if we had leisurely time. There for specific event Reception cloakroom wad disgusting. Staff helpful with directions. We got locked in our bedroom with faulty inner lock. Staff did help and easy solution but was quite an anxious situation for 5/10 mins…Will happily pay more next time and stay elsewhere. Shabby interior. Bed was ok and shower worked well enough.
