The result is an ideal beach house for one or two families, with perfectly integrated indoor and outdoor spaces, which include tastefully decorated interiors and a carefully designed garden. Jacaranda sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac about 700m away from the Roche beach. The L-shaped construction has the ideal southwest orientation and neatly protects the large terrace area and the pool and its surrounds.
