  La posizione dell’hotel è strategica per visitare le attrazioni principali della città. Tuttavia la camera presentava capelli in bagno e la moquette non pulita. Del reato “you get what you pay”. Stiamo due notti e non ci viene rifatta la camera per motivi non ancora chiari. La hall, nonostante sia confortevole, sembra un luogo in cui si rifugiano anche alcuni disperati in cerca di calore e bagno. Note positive: la camera, anche sé piccola, ha un balconcino vista Sky Tower e c’è la possibilità di lavarsi i panni in autonomia, utile se Auckland è tappa finale o intermedia del viaggio, per poter lavarsi i panni. Il personale all’ingresso, altra nota positiva, è cortese e disponibile

  The location is perfect. I would have rated the hotel higher if it wasn’t for an extremely rude, obnoxious, uncouth, arrogant male Chinese staff who knows nothing about customer service and service delivery. I checked in on 7th September by a lovely lady. I requested for a room changed on 8th September 2026 before noon. I was unfortunately service by this extremely rude man who gave me every reason NOT to grant me a room change despite my explanation. He started to raise his voice and had a very distinctive unfriendliness about him. I told him to stop or I will up the decibel. I reminded him I’m the customer and it is his job. When he rudely and reluctantly agreed to go and check the rooms himself, i thanked him for it. I told him I appreciate it. No acknowledgment from him and it was as if I was invisible. When he finally came back down, the coldness from him could be felt in the air. He has an extraordinary unpleasant face and he made sure I could see it. When I finally changed my room, returned him the key, I thanked him once again & told him I appreciate it - the second time hoping we could make amends. To my surprised, he wasn’t remorseful at all and continued to show his extremely sour and bitter demeanour. It was as if I was talking to a dead man. What a horrible & disgusting man. A total disgrace & embarrassment to the Ibis Brand & to your property. He should be retrained; but in my opinion, he can’t be retrained as his attitude is terrible. He should be removed!

  if your on business and staying a night or two then this is excellent The front end team are first class and i find it easy to walk the city from here. Thanks team Ibis

  駅も要所も歩いていける便利な立地。建物は古め、部屋は狭いが掃除が行き届いている。シャワーのお湯がすぐに出るのがとてもよかった。 部屋のヒーターが動かず、対応してくれたスタッフが部屋の移動を提案してくれた。そちらの部屋はきちんとヒーターが動いて快適に過ごせた。 簡易キッチン、電子レンジがある。鍋や皿はフロントで貸してくれるようだ。 すぐ近くに小規模スーパー、少し歩けば中規模スーパーがあり、調理や惣菜を買うのもとても便利。 テーブルはないので簡易的に寝て過ごせればよいという人向け。我々はそのタイプだったので十分満足。 コインランドリーはフロントでトークンを購入し使用できる。 また機会があれば利用したい。
