Buona location , alcune stanze hanno bella vista e sono confortevoli altre assolutamente no. Sarebbe andato tutto bene - dopo un cambio di stanza - se solo avessero più attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti : non danno le informazioni di base per un facile arrivo ? Non danno le informazioni di base per un soggiorno confortevole e soprattutto non sembrano propensi a venire incontro alle esigenze minime dei loro ospiti. Nulla da ridire su pulizia e servizio da parte delle maestranze ….. non altrettanto dal front- end .

Localização muito boa. A equipe muito atenciosa, em especial o prestativo, educado e muito gentil brasileiro Renan. Parabéns pelo atendimento!

I will start with what I liked. The building is historic and beautiful in its construction and decoration. The breakfast was fantastic, with endless choices. Sadly, the list of dislikes is longer. Parking is not on-site and not free. They asked for €33/day for parking. The price is ridiculous for parking off-site. The room itself was OK; the bed was not. It was small, more like a double than the queen that was advertised. Our bed also had a footboard. This is not ideal for 2 tall people, especially since the bed was so small we couldn't go diagonal. The property also claims to have a full-service spa. What is not included is the fact that you have to pay to use anything other than the pool. Like the parking, we felt cheated by expecting something that wasn't really included. We were there for 2 days, in that time, the bar and restaurant (breakfast excluded) did not open. If all you want is a room in a historic building, this place is great. For anything else, you might keep looking.

Hotel Rūže is a hotel full of history and character. I recommend taking a walk around after you arrive, as you will find plenty of great spots for photos. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient to the Flixbus station (about a 10-minute walk). Recommended!

오래된 호텔인건 알았지만 먼지가 너무 많아요. 처음 배정됭 방은 에어컨에서 탱크소리가 나서 옮겼더니 오래 방치된듯한 다락방을 줬어요. 체크인할때 전망 좋은 높은 층의 방을 달랬더니 기억하셨나보네요. 덕분에 지붕 뷰 잘 봤어요. 직원들은 친절하지만 시설관리는 잘 모르겠고 사진은 예쁘게 나와요. 소도시라 크게 기대는 없었는데 조식도 그럭저럭... 다음엔 딴 호텔로 갈래요.

We arrived early but couldn’t get an early check in so we left our bags at reception and decided to walk around. The city is pretty small, and you can see most things in one weekend. If you are driving note that there’s no parking on site but there’s one nearby that the hotel arranges it. We didn’t know about this before hand so we drove until we got to the hotel but that is a pedestrian area so we just dropped off the bags and returned to the entry of this area which is located a few meters before the hotel. I noticed that you can also organize pick up (from the parking but maybe from other places). Good breakfast.
