We booked two rooms, but unfortunately, both rooms had to be changed due to maintenance issues. Room 1: • The dishwasher contained uncleaned utensils. • The bedding was not properly prepared. Room 2: • It was a connecting room with an adjoining door, which was not what we expected. After requesting a room change, we were moved to two separate rooms on another floor. Issues After the Room Change • Room 1 was satisfactory. • Room 2 had no shower gel in the dispenser. I had to interrupt my shower and go to the front desk to request a refill which was extremely inconvenient. Breakfast Experience • The breakfast selection was average and could be improved. • The bananas served were overripe and had brown spots. Fresh, good-quality fruit would make a better impression. • There was no dedicated bread toaster at the breakfast bar, and the bagel toaster did not toast properly. Overall Feedback Overall, I expected a much better experience, especially considering the amount of money spent on this stay. Having to change both rooms due to maintenance issues followed by additional housekeeping and bathroom amenity problems was extremely disappointing. The breakfast experience also fell short of expectations. The Hilton brand should be able to deliver a much higher standard of cleanliness, room readiness, and guest service. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in this hotel and I do not intend to book here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and Homes 2 Suite staff were phenomenal! They were very helpful with our needs. The hotel suites were very roomy. The parking lot was being sealed and parking was limited due to another property connecting that was being sealed also. Not normally an issue. The upper comforter on our bed had stains on which we did not use. But this was very close to everything we wanted to do and would stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was set up very nicely. The bathroom was filthy and so was the kitchen. The sheets were ripped up. We enjoyed our stay and every staff was kind, but the housekeeping was definitely not the best.

Arrived and was told our room was not available, they gave us a king suite instead of two double beds. They comped some bottles of water for us and offered us ice cream novelties and Hilton Rewards Points. It was fine, we made the situation work. Facilities were acceptably clean. There were wet spots on the floors and in elevators from guests who had used the pool. Some paper waste/food waste from messy guests. Breakfast was functional. The bed was comfy and the room was cool. Overall a decent and clean stay with friendly staff. It was a busy weekend and this is a very family friendly hotel across from a water "resort", so much of what we encountered was to be expected.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast wasn't great. Cleanliness not terrible but could have been better. Overall stay was fine for the 3 of us for 2 nights.
