Comfortable rooms. Convenient location. Breakfast foods (eggs, sausages) were not hot. Overall a decent value for the money spent.

Staff was great! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. 4 stars because the room was incredibly musty smelling. They had said it was full for the night so I didn't bother asking to be moved to a new room. It smelled as water had leaked somewhere and stayed for a long time. That was the only bad thing that we experienced.

Short story short, I was there less than an hour. I couldn't stay there so I found a much nicer hotel for just $10 more. Very poorly staffed.

1), first our coffee maker in a room. The reservoir had moldy slimy water in the reservoir so we were not able to have coffee in our room. When I showed it to the cleaning lady as we were leaving, she did not seem the least interested. 2) The help was eating at the Cafe bar in front of the check-in and then having another cleaning lady having to come in and cleaning after them that was not good optics at all 3) none of the of the machines worked in the cafeteria.The coffee maker didn’t work the waffle batter was empty and they added water to what was left, ultimately making the batter pretty runny. The breakfast was not good because everything seemed to be broken or out of oder. And we were told it just broke today. Staff was just not very friendly other than the man that was working the check-in desk. He was very good. By the way, we have stayed at a few of the comfort Inn along the way and all of them have been very nice. Your location is not up to standards.
