The hotel is generally clean and I like their long and big bathroom countertop so I have space to put toiletries and make up. I stay in room 218, the shower temperature is lukewarm and not hot enough. Please fix it if the hotel staff saw this feedback.

Room was nice and clean for the most part aside from the toilet and shower. Toilet had an odor to it, and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days. The shower had some hair and grime. Overall nice place for the price, just needs more thorough cleaning between guests.

The room we received was not clean. There were food stains on the walls and the restrooms (photos attached). There was hair everywhere in our room. There were stains on the carpeting. The knobs of cabinets were broken, and so was the bathroom door. At one point, I got locked in the bathroom and my husband had to open it from the outside. The bathroom faucet was loose and would fall off every once in a while. The breakfast buffet was clean and well-kept but perhaps lacking in some protein. I was happy to have a good cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think I would have requested a different room but they were full and it was late, and I have no assurance that the next room would have been any better.

The staff was nice and very accommodating. They let us check in early without charging an extra fee, which was definitely appreciated. The room looked clean at first, but after looking around more closely, I noticed streaks of something running down the walls and even on some of the picture frames. I didn’t touch it, so I’m not sure what it was or whether it was sticky. The biggest issue happened at night. I was in the room with my two kids when all of the lights suddenly went out and wouldn’t come back on. Thankfully, the TV stayed on, so we still had some light, but it was definitely a little creepy being in the room with two kids and no lights. My husband happened to be coming back from getting pizza and stopped at the front desk. They told him to put a card into a little box inside the room, which restored the power to the lights. Odd. The shower water was warm enough, but definitely not hot. Breakfast was okay. They had coffee, flavored water, cereal, a waffle maker, and a couple of yogurts. Nothing fancy, but enough to grab something before heading out.
