It wasn’t clean stains allover wall as soon as you walk in room and the headboard was the same I really wanted to go home, the staff were really nice and helpful tho but will not stay there again. There was some broken glass fragments on floor my partner cut his foot too.

After arriving at the hotel and initially being given a family room that looked occupied, we were offered two double rooms in exchange. The rooms we were then offered smelled of smoke and were visibly dirty with cobwebs and stains on the walls which gave the impression that they hadn'thad a good clean in quite some time. My wife and daughter refused to stay there so we left the venue and found a different place to stay. The staff were very helpful and did offer us more rooms again but at that point my family had already made up their mind to leave.

Room was tired and filthy. Cobwebs on light/lamps. Stained sheets and bathroom was dirty. No parking spots available due to some kind of event in hotel. Absolute chaos people running around hotel making a noise at all hours. AVOID

No breakfast at 9.00am on a Sunday morning despite it being offered as all-inclusive was not a good look at all.
