Si trova al piano inferiore del condominio e vi si accede dal livello stradale scendendo una scala di gradini esterni. L'area lounge è arredata con comodi divani in pelle italiana crema, stufa elettrica, TV con canali Sky. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutti i comfort moderni tra cui forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, cucina elettrica, lavatrice / asciugatrice e la sala da pranzo adiacente ha un tavolo allungabile che può ospitare 6 persone. Le porte francesi nella zona giorno forniscono l'accesso all'ampia terrazza esterna con vista su Clifden Bay e sul porto. L'appartamento ha 3 camere da letto e ndash; 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera singola e 1 camera da letto king size con bagno privato e doccia. Tutte le camere offrono splendide viste sulla terrazza, sul giardino e sul porto. C'è anche un bagno di famiglia separato, con vasca e doccia, WC e lavandino. Great location near supermarket and all restaurants. Everything walking distance. Location has a beautiful view and is very quiet.

Apartment 263 - Clifden is a pleasant spot. Accessed by three flights of concrete stairs, and lacking parking, it suits able bodied guests happy to walk 10 minutes to their car. The apartment is nicely laid out, well equipped and comfortably furnished - noting that that it is a little threadbare and the appliances are a bit tired. The supermarket is well equipped and close by (which is handy because the rather complex garbage and recycling needs to be taken there) and there are several excellent looking restaurants very close by. There is a lovely stone terrace to enjoy the view if you get a break in the weather. The team at Connemara Cottages were good, but we would have appreciated a little more information up front about how to actually find the apartment as it is not immediately obvious.

Superb location and views from the patio. Restaurants, bars and shops minutes away Clients should be away of the 30 plus steps to access the property.

Toller Ort um Connemara zu erkunden. Die Lage ist super auch was Einkaufen und Abendgestaltung angeht. Alles in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Einige Geräte in der Küche sind etwas in die Jahre.Parkplatz fehlt.

This property is one of the nicest self-catering, pet-friendly holiday homes we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and the various food goodies left for us were very much appreciated. The kitchen is modern (eye-level oven, grill and microwave) and very well equipped. There is enough cupboard room to store one's own provisions. The sitting-room is not a separate room (as one might think looking at the photo on the property's webpage) but continues on from the kitchen and has its own sliding door opening out to the terrace. The TV worked without any problems and offers all the usual channels plus the Sky ones. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds (lovely bedlinen) very comfortable. Enough good quality towels were left on the beds and some toiletries provided in the bathroom and the en-suite bathroom. The shower in the en-suite is powerful. There are also heaters in the bathrooms. The central heating worked very well and it was cosily warm throughout the apartment. The terrace is large and the view over to the harbour just lovely. There is outdoor seating and it would be very nice to sit out in good weather. The property is very nicely furnished and it was certainly with the comfort of the visitor upmost in the mind of the owner. The location of the apartment is just superb! It's only about 100 metres to the very good SuperValu and the town centre with the shops, restaurants and pubs is just a few more steps away. There is no dedicated parking spot for the apartment and although the reserved spaces were not occupied during our stay we did not park in any of them but found a place across the road. The only small drawback is the flight of steps down/up to/from the apartment but we managed fine. We truly enjoyed our stay in this property and will definitely return!
