When i requested to have the bedding and towels swapped out we left everything we were supposed to according to the pamphlet in the room we left and went on with our day expecting everything to be taken care of when we got back to the room… we got back at 11 pm and the sheets were not changed the towels were still in a pile on the floor house keeping never came in. We went down to the front desk to inform them of the issue and we were handed new towels and sheets and were told to change the sheets ourselves. Absolutely the wrong answer we paid for a room and service is included in that I have stay at many marriotts in the past but this will be the last time I will ever stay at one again.

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Customer service was practically nonexistent. During our stay, the toilet kept flushing on its own, several lights in the room did not work properly, and we even had a roach crawl out of the air conditioning unit. What made the experience even worse was that when we reported these issues, the staff did not offer to move us to another room or provide any type of discount or compensation. I expected much better service and would not stay here again.
