Recepción no facilito nuestro check in . Cómo estaban en 2 reservas separadas para las 4 noches, tuve que hacer check out a las 10 hs y quedarme afuera y volver hacer check in a las 15 hs . Aparte un solo ascensor usado por personal (con bolsas de basuras) y huéspedes.

The penthouse photos posted set a very different expectation. Not worth the price. There was a 5-10min wait for the one existing/functioning lift, and when it broke down, we were ushered rudely to take the stairs, all the way up to 18th floor. The staff did not bother offering aid to help carry our stuff . And for the premium rate paid for a penthpuse stay, we were still charged for the toothbrush and toothpaste, which is usually covered in cheaper hotels. The deposit came back to my account only after 2 weeks. Not worth booking.

This hotel was centrally located and generally met the description. I really appreciated the toiletries and fruit at the front desk, as well as the in-suite laundry facilities. Unfortunately one lift was down for maintenance, so there were some delays. Also, the pool water (and spa water) were cold. Sauna was good though. I thought the bathroom was quite cramped, with very little counter space, and shower leaked on the floor. Overall, the hotel met our needs, though it could have used some improvements.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were bigger than expected. The location was in a nice area, very close to the city and everything.

Good location and ok sized room. The bathroom is where a few things go wrong: 1) the shampoo and shower gel were empty when we began our stay, 2) the bathroom has a sliding door dangling from the ceiling, leading to a gap in the doorframe even when closed, 3) the shower door also doesn’t fully close, and 4) there’s a lot of little flies on the ceiling. Staff communication is a hit-or-miss: we told the front desk in the morning that the shampoo and shower gel were out and after housekeeping came, they were still not refilled. In the evening, we called again about this issue and they said the housekeeping has ended for the day but they will note for tomorrow and we can pickup travel sized toiletries at the desk in the meantime. The next day, we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, which was mysteriously flipped to “open for housekeeping” by someone else… we assumed that meant the toiletries were refreshed but they were not! The few positives with communication is the staff did split the queen into two beds upon request and let us store our luggage before and after our stay.
