Lovely city hotel. The rooms are so spacious, the beds are so comfy. The balcony is lovely with nice views. Location is top, in the middle of the action. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is budget but all you would need. Tasty, fresh and cheap.

When we entered, there was a used pillow case on the floor. The shower was always clogged despite repeatedly asking staff to unclog it. It is unnatural and very unhygienic to have 1-2 centimetres of water in the shower area that wouldn't drain. The WiFi in our room never worked, requiring staff to reset it multiple times. It was incredibly frustrating and we burnt through our roaming data by the first day. Housekeeping did not refill our liquid soap, and the night manager had to call up a colleague to ask what to do. In the end he gave us a plastic bottle of the liquid soap to use. The only saving grace for this hotel is one of the other night managers called David who was helpful and offered his sincerest apologies for the wifi issue. The breakfast is also lovely so a plus point for that. Everything else was sub-par and very disappointing.
