Le staff du restaurant etait top. Souriantes, polies, très sympa. Le cadre de l hôtel est beau avec ses jardins et la vue sur la mer. Attention ils ne servent pas d alcool. Par contre ils sont désorganisés. Notre chambre sentait fort l humidité nous l avons signale..rien..donc nous avons.garde la.meme chambre. et au moment de la douche les serviettes que nous avions n avait pas du etre changées du client d avant.nous avons demande a ce que la chambre soit nettoyée et la encore rien. Il a fallu que je hausse un peu le ton pour avoir des serviettes propres. Idem a la piscine pas de serviettes et une fois réclamé il faut attendre une heure. Le Wi-Fi également est pas top En bref le cadre est parfait (une grosse demie heure a pied pour aller a nungwi centre) le personnel du restaurant parfait. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Personal var hyggelig, og rommmene var bra. (Bortsett fra at det manglet fjernkontroll til kjøler). Vi opplevde å bo midt i en byggeplass. Utenfor vegen til rommene var det full aktivitet med bulldosere, gravemaskiner og sementblanding. De jobbet store delen av natten. Uteområdene mot stranden var under rehabilitering. Det var likevel åpet for frokost og restaurant, i noe som lignet en byggeplass. Det eneste i fikk vite om dette var at den orinære resturanten var stengt, men hadde løsinger på det.

The housekeeping was exceptional. The staff were kind. Views were phenomenal. However we did not have a shower head that worked properly. After three attempts in reporting it and nothing done, on our last day the house keeping staff finally took initiative to get it replaced.

Clean room and super friendly staff. The whole area was nice and also safe. Good food overall. The pool and sun chairs with the view to the ocean was very relaxing.
