The office smelled so bad what ever they were cooking. The wait time to check in was long the owner was kinda rude treating me like if I was stupid, owner came to my car and told me to park my car better to move like 2 inche! Whe every car was park the same because the parking spots are so small you need to park close to other cars and you can't even open your car door without hitting the other car. Property is remodel unfortunately their were Cockroches in the room! Some spiders 🕷 they need fumigation.

The Solo Motel is conveniently located for access to The USC Campus / BMO Stadium and Museums. The motel is clean and comfortable and reasonably priced but the neighbourhood is very rundown. We had to ask for extra towels because the ones provided were small, We needed coat hangers and there was no coffee maker or microwave. Not ideal for long-term stays but suitable for our needs. I’d also advise not taking a large car as the parking spaces are very tight!

This is a run down, fleabag, flop house. It's dirty. The towels are old and very thin. The photographs they use on Expedia are from a different motel. The terms and conditions are different online them when you arrive. The neighborhood is very dangerous. The motel clerk is behind bullet proof glass and you have to do business from the outside through a sliding metal drawer. There is no ice machines but if you want a prostitute there's one on site for your pleasure.

The staff members were rude in their communication. The place is okay, but a bit in a scary location.
