Love this Hotel. Our second stay at the place. Recommend the breakfast basket. The rooms have everything needed for an comfortable stay. They might update theire tv's to smart tv's tough. Only channels where british satellite channels. Give them 10/10

The location is perfect There is free orange juice, tea and coffee! The kitchenette is great very useful! The shower was super powerful The room was very clean The beds were comfy Unfortunately, there were a couple of things which made it a bit uncomfortable - The room was cold, we asked for another heater but they could only supply extra blankets. The windows had vents which we couldn't close and there was a very cold draft. It was very cold at night so we had trouble sleeping. - The noise of the other guests was very disruptive at night, you could hear them coming in and out of the building - The breakfast was very expensive for what it was

Stay was very good, room excellent, location excellent Just be sure to head to residence 60 upon checkin. Our hotels.com app showed 21 which was 5 mins away and was locked, dragged out bags to the reception at 60 after some googling and were then sent to a completely different property. Doesnt warrant a reduction in rating but save your legs especially if its raining! Bus stop 14 is the closest

Reconditioned and reconfigured residence had charm as well a perfect location for travelers w/o a car. BIS Fly Bus stop 14 puts you w/n 3 blocks of the main office. You can walk to virtually all of the major "sights" and restaurants in downtown Reykjavik. Our mini-apartment with kitchenette was perfect for breakfasts and an occasional light supper.

This is a fantastic place to stay, really central and easy to find parking nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and really modern and was comfortable to stay in with our two young children. The breakfast provided was a wonderful basket of local products and fresh artisan bread was delivered in the morning to the door. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Reykjavik.
