Staff was super rude when we checked in. I had a few questions about parking and she snapped back at me and then went outside to smoke. Room needs updated and was dingy. I found a piece of bacon on the floor. There were no curtains on the window, just a shade and bright lights coming in the window made it hard to sleep. Would never stay here again!

The location and proximity to the airport is great. The shuttle service is wonderful. It was timely and effective, and the driver was friendly and helpful. ***The hotel itself is a little dated. The carpet in the hallways was a tad dirty, and the building overall could use some updates. However, it's not bad for the price. A good place to stay if you are in and out of town quickly

When I found the place you had to pay for parking. It’s not a good places for seniors there’s no elevator there are four doors the main doors rear door then there two side door for exit only. And on the property there are two new hotels. The place needs a remodeling job.

Charging guests for parking and shuttle services is ridiculous when you’re by an airport have stayed in the past and were not charged these fees probably will not ever again

This hotel was fine for an overnight at the airport. The issue we had was our bathroom was overlooked and not at all clean. However, Patricia and Lupita, who were not originally assigned to our room, stepped in immediately and thoroughly cleaned it and got us towels. Staff responded great to an unfortunate situation done by another worker failing to do their job well. Felt safe on property. They validate parking. Shuttle service was great.

Easy stop while waiting for flights. It's a quick hop to the airport and also easy to get to town if you have a car. Clean rooms, comfy beds! My only complaint was that there was only basic cable tv and half the time the signal would go out... you think they would have better tv/smart tv since most people are there for just an overnight.
