The check out desk staff ( probably Razeen? ) very rude , refuse to give me changes . Service is not up to its standard . Horrible

Aging property that needs face lift, most shocking was NO ONE in thatb hotel had any change for small notes for tips, so i HAD TO MAKE MANY PEOPLE VERY HAPPY with big tips. How can a HOTEL CASHIER not have ability to have small notes

The staff were amazing and upgraded us for free. The breakfast was brilliant and we really enjoyed it. The room was spacious but the look was a bit off. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
