Absolutely incredible room with the nicest staff, right at the heart of Alberobello. We had the best welcome after some troublesome days before arriving, and the Palazzo was a balm for our weary souls. The room is amazingly comfortable, smells deliciously and is a perfect escape to the heat of Puglia in August. The staff is attentive but not overbearing. The Itália. breakfast was simple but delicious and the waiters made us feel like VIPs with their careful service and joyful demeanor.
