Wonderful stay, brand new carpet installed on arrival in our level. Lovely, friendly staff at arrival welcoming in and the staff at check in too,

Great stay , lovely view . TV wasn’t working , it said we had to contact front desk but we didn’t need it anyways, so didn’t bother. Location was good , close to the beach , shops and restaurants.

Not great. Partial refund for one night and did assist with parking after giving advice we could park in Cypress Avenue carpark and pay at the end of the stay - and got a $115 ticket. Manager was excellent but its an old hotel and rooms needs a refurb

Don't stay if you want to sleep! Not sound proof. Roomed next too drunken young adults cause so much noise and fighting, running up and down the hall, banging doors and smoking weed. The smell went straight through to our room next door. Security was called 3 times just for the security to say "stop doing that", with no real authority or penalty for noise disturbence or the smoking. This went on through to the early hours in the morning. No duvet for the beds. 2 bed room with 3 people staying. Was given 2 towels only and 1 extra pillow. Very disappointing stay at the mantra onview for our family holiday.

When booking the hotel, it did NOT mention there was no pool or spa. These are the type of things my family enjoy which was very disappointing. For this reason, I will not be returning.
