Disappointed with the free drink offer on arrival not honored. Said because the booking was thru an agency hotel not responsible. Very poor service

The service was excellent. We arrived at about 22h00 and were made to feel so welcome. The next day I was not feeling well and we were offered our room till 12h00. I would definately recommend to others
