Exceptionally good service. Better than in 5 star hotels in Europe, Canada and the Gulf. They can help you with anything. Very varied and tasty breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Some of the food in Room service meny is very good. And inexpensive for Europeans. Swimming pool is not heated, and therefore a bit cold. But deep and large enough for good excercise swimming. We used the game room a lot, with Fussball, Snooker and Carrom board. The Spa with 1 hour massage was ok.

Be careful when booking , information is shared with third party, check for cameras in the room as I was caught out , staff are bribed in doing all this as I was caught out , will not stay here again

Rooms were cleaned but the restaurant is filthy. I had pointed out that to the manager while check out. All the staff are well trained. I have enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has a lot of choices.. The location is very convenient.
