A propriedade é bem bonita, com uma linda vista e com acesso à praia de Arienzo por uma escadaria (200 degraus). O acesso à propriedade é fácil, embora tenha alguns degraus para os quartos. O que prejudicou muito nossa estada foi a falta absoluta de alguém para nos atender na recepção. Éramos 3 pessoas com apenas um cartão de acesso à propriedade e ao quarto. Não havia a possibilidade de um de nós ficar no quarto e os outros irem à praia, por exemplo. A internet nem sempre funciona. Ainda tivemos um problema na saída: pedimos para encaminhar nossas malas para pegarmos no pier e o proprietário disse para não nos preocuparmos que na hora da saida do ferry as malas estariam lá. A sorte é que chegamos cedo no pier e deu tempo do pessoal do serviço de porter buscá-las, porque ele nem tinha entrado em contato com os carregadores!

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and represented very poor value for money. Although the view of the Amalfi Coast is beautiful, it was the only highlight of an otherwise frustrating experience. The property is much farther from Positano's center than many guests may expect. Reaching town requires a 20–25 minute walk along a narrow, winding road with limited pedestrian safety, which I would not consider safe after dark. The only practical alternative is a taxi, but fares during my stay were typically €30–€50 for a ride of just a few minutes. Service was equally disappointing. The front desk was frequently unattended, and when staff were available, they were often unhelpful and at times discourteous. We were given only one room key, resulting in repeated lockouts while searching for someone to let us back into our room. The room was poorly maintained. The air conditioning failed throughout our stay despite repeated complaints. The mini refrigerator barely cooled, the towels were old and worn, several doors squeaked loudly, and mosquitoes were a constant nuisance. Positano is an exceptional destination and well worth visiting, but I strongly recommend choosing different accommodations. Based on my experience, this property failed to deliver the level of comfort, maintenance, and service expected for its price. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Unhelpful staff to point of rudeness. No one available at the joke of a front desk, the towels awere so old and bare it was not good at all to have a shower. The mini fridge was useless and the doors all squeaked ans rhat was no help. We only go one keycard which meant we got locked out twice and finading the staff was a big effort since they were not at the front desk. Generally a rental not worth a tenth of the cost. Also swarming with mosquito etc. i wish i had not spent any time there. Poor place poor deal crap stay 1/10. Terrible. They even want cash for beach towels. Terrible. Avoid this place.
