We had a wonderful stay at karaksa hotel Osaka Namba! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating to our family’s needs. The connecting rooms worked perfectly for our family of five, giving us both convenience and plenty of space. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including slippers and basic toiletries available in the lobby. The breakfast buffet wasn’t extravagant, but it offered a good variety of options that everyone in our family, including the kids, could enjoy. One of the hotel’s biggest highlights was its excellent location. Dotonbori, subway stations, and plenty of shopping and dining options were all just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Osaka. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again!

엑스트라 베드를 써서 좀 좁았지만 일반 2인이 묵는다면 일본치고 꽤나 넓은 느낌느낌이구요, 꽤나 깔끔해서 만족했습니다! 직원분들도 친절하고, 조식은 그냥 간단히 떼운다고 생각하시고 드시는게 좋습니다. 이동하기 너무 좋은 위치에 있어서 관광중 들러서 쉴 수도 있고 좋았습니다.

⭐️ 1/5 — Think Twice Before Booking: Very Tiny, Musty Room & Broken AC Very disappointing and not worth the price we paid. We stayed at Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba for three nights as a family of three adults, and unfortunately, the room made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The room was far too small for three adults. With three people and our luggage, it felt cramped and uncomfortable. We understand that hotel rooms in Japan can be smaller, but this was simply too small for three adults. The strong, persistent musty smell was another major issue. It was noticeable immediately and never went away. My adult son said it smelled like a college dorm room, and honestly, that was an accurate description. It made the room feel unpleasant and unclean. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. After long days exploring Osaka, we looked forward to coming back to a cool room and getting a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the AC did not work properly, and the room remained uncomfortably warm at night. We spent multiple nights hot and uncomfortable instead of getting the rest we needed.:-( For the price we paid, functioning AC, adequate space, and a clean-smelling room should be basic expectations. The location is convenient, but a good location cannot make up for these problems. Future travelers, especially those traveling with three adults, should think very carefully before booking. We WOULD NOT STAY here again and CANNOT RECOMMEND this hotel based on our experience.

Muito bem localizado, colado a dontonburi e a diversas estações de metrô. Eles oferecem snacks, refrigerantes, água e cafés de diferentes tipos de livre acesso, além de amenidades como itens de skincare, hair care e higiene. O tamanho do quarto é ótimo, bem grande. Adoramos a experiência e recomendamos a quem for a Osaka!
