First room had lots of bugs inside and I went down and got upgraded to a junior suite, which was slightly bigger. Noisy AC and dated, wornout furniture and fittings in the room and hotel in general. To get the garagedoor opened you have to ring a bell, which no one answers, so you will stand and block the sidewalk for a few minutes to walk over to the front desk and ask them to open and then run back to the car. This happened every day for 2 days to my colleague and I. His room also had bugs, insects.

We did not get the bottle of sparkling wine as stated on the reservation confirmation. We were offered a paid room upgrade. At check-out, when I asked if we could get the upgrade free of charge instead of the sparkling wine, the answer was a rude NO.

Great hotel! Stayed for a week on business. Breakfast was good, room was really nice and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.
