It’s a clean room, but the AC has some mold smells to it, other than that the furniture also has some wear. I understand the price of this hotel is insane for the 5-star rating, but we still need to see it as a 5-star hotel. Other than that, the hotel lobby is beautiful, same for the restaurant and the lift. The food choice at the restaurant for breakfast is also a bit limited but good enough. The environment of the restaurant is actually to be praised, beautiful table and view if you sit by the window, awesome services. I will definitely come again if I’m not traveling with my family (they can have free rooms from the Sands).

No slipper & hand soap provided, No casino, No refrigerated minibar and complimentary coffee and tea.... I was disappointed when I stayed there again after many years.

Tive uma boa experiência na minha estada de 2 dias. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e prestativos. As toalhas do banheiro foram trocadas perfeitamente.

Breakfast buffet was awful, not fresh, don’t go early for buffet because croissants weren’t fresh and other foods as well.
