The hotel is no-nonsense. This already started before the check in: they sent me a message asking to provide the information required by the authorities and about my expected time of arrival. This made check in a breeze. The receptionist was kind enough to show the room to me personally. The room itself was spacious and clean. There were some traces of use and some parts could use a bit of maintenance, but everything worked as expected and, best of all, the bed was comfortable. Fortunately, the walls were thick and the windows were soundproof, so I got a good night sleep, as the place remained quiet at night. The location is very good. The hotel is in a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from the main sights in the old town and from all the restaurants and nightlife. The reception isn't manned 24 hours a day but the alternatives here worked like a charm. I would definitely consider this hotel again when I come back to Vilnius.

Great location and friendly staff! Very comfortable bed and clean spacious room. It is very easy to walk everywhere in old town nearby and there are many restaurants/grocery stores close by. They were happy to hold my luggage when I was checking out as well, a great hotel.

This hotel uses deceptive advertising. They offer AC on rooms. In fact, that is not true at all. We got a fan. Also, it is not near main sites. Although in the Old Town area, the location is quite a walk to reach these sites. Manager not friendly at all. Breakfast mediocre, one person cooking and serving tables at the same time. Would not recommend at all. Plenty of other places to stay. Too bad it was the last place we visited in our trip. Very disappointing.
