Authorization means that we ask the credit card company to block an amount on your credit card (normally equal to the cancellation fee). Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was large - it was simple and a bit dusty but it was fine. The room was not very well insulated and was near the elevator so we heard a lot of conversations as people went to their rooms, plus the alarms going off in other rooms. Excellent location
