Not what we expected for the cost. Garish outside signage advertised itself as shabby chic. Would have put us off if we had read this beforehand. 2 flights of narrow awkward stairs difficult for older guests. WiFi password not found until second day. Breakfast had to be ordered night before. Good quality freshlycooked breakfast. Would be good choice for young families as the room with separate room with bunk beds was supplied with excellent facilities for young children. Location opposite pier and lots of entertainment if that appeals.

Great welcome; with helping info on parking. The room was clean; and happy with the tea/coffee provided. Breakfast was delicious but we could have done with a bit extra. Happy with our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay - described by the owners as shabby Chic it lived up to that without having any pretensions of being more. / convenient, comfortable & pleasant vibe.
