We have stayed here before and it was great, but this time it didn't seem like the AC was cooling properly. It was checked but I feel like all they did was drop the temp to 60 which maybe froze up the unit a little , but im not sure. Definitely was warm in the room. Tried to call the front desk and none of the phones worked in the room. The furniture is definitely cracking and older. I feel like the property needs a few updates. Staff was very friendly I will say.

When we got into our room, we found hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. My wife always takes Clorox cleaner spray to clean the toilet and shower so, we were going to clean it anyway. The water in the tub/shower was partially clogged so we got maintenance to pour some drank and we let it sit for over an hour before we ran hot water. That fixed the problem. At night, the AC would make a loud banging noise that would wake me up about every half hour. The rest of our stay was great. We enjoyed the free cocktails and relaxed at the pool with our kids. Additionally, we really enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast. It was wonderful to have a made to order omelette. We did tip our bartender and the person making the custom breakfast omelettes. Overall, our stay was good. I give it a 4 out of 5!

Staff was nice, beds were comfortable. The hotel is so outdated. Busted furniture, mold in restroom, ripped carpet.

The room smelled moldy and had an awful soap scum round the rim of the tub. The carpet was dirty. The guy at the front desk at night gets 100 stars. He was great.

Hotel needs upgrade, front desk team needs to pay more attention to guest changes to booking.
