Fint hotell relativt sentralt i Bratislava. Enkel frokost. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte.

First impression of the receptionist was very negative. no smile, poker face. We got a room on the first floor, which was I think for handicapped guests, as the bathroom was equipped with some special accessories for handicapper. The toilette flush was not working, so I had to use a trash bin and fill it with water and clean after myself. I informed the receptionist and he said they cannot do anything. tomorrow the plumber comes can can take a look into it. I had to contact hotels.com for support. and the day after they gave us another room, with no apology, no compensation. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Location was OK. breakfast was very basic.

Leider wurden wir ins Appartement neben dem Hotel ausgelagert. War noch nicht alles einzugsbereit, schade. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sehr gut. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und gut.

We were a couple staying in this hotel for two nights, and it was suitable for a short stay. The hotel had only one elevator, and the staff also used the same elevator, which often made waiting times inconvenient. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which seemed to be caused by a dirty drain and hair accumulation under the shower. The breakfast was simple but complete, and I enjoyed it. Getting to the city center was easy, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. Overall, the stay was fine for two nights, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Wij hebben dit hotel gekozen vanwege de ligging (direct aan de rand van het centrum). Onze aankomst in Bratislava was per trein. Het hotel was makkelijk te bereiken met de tram en vanaf de tramstop ongeveer 8 minuten lopen. In de directe omgeving wat supermarkten en ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar de rand van het oude centrum. Verder is alles goed lopend te doen. Ontvangst in het hotel is erg vriendelijk, de kamers zijn schoon en netjes (niet de modernste) en voor het ontbijt is er zeker voldoende keuze. Vriendelijk personeel bij het ontbijt. Wat lekkere zoetigheden, en lekker brood. Verder Granen, yoghurt, fruit, worstjes vleesbeleg, sapjes en heerlijke koffie. De ontbijtzaal is wel wat klein, maar door het snel werkende personeel loopt alles goed op rolletjes. Dit hotel is zeker aan te raden als je een goed hotel wilt! Prijs versus comfort en kwaliteit is het zeker waard! Ons reisgezelschap was twee volwassenen met kind.
