Well, this property needed some kind of refurbishment especially in terms of lighting, in-room TV facilities, and even clothes hangers as well. One more, I faced parking issues within property especially when coming back late evening (after 10pm). Rest is OK!

Good accommodation especially for families and holiday makers with a car. Not particularly convenient for travellers on business. Clean and comfortable rooms. Slightly awkward parking.

The hotel is easy to find, and it was easy to park; both greatly appreciated. Matthew (?) on reception was very helpful and responsive before and after my stay when I needed some help with an invoice. The room itself was one of the best I've stayed in in Launceston; clean, spacious, light, well equipped. Great value, great experience.
