We arrived there much earlier than we expected and the staff was so helpful in getting us get a room earlier. The staff overall are very friendly. Also the daily breakfast was delicious! Our stay at Castello was great- from the location to the room, to the service!

Great stay at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff thoughout. I especially enjoyed the restaurant with amazing views over Heraklion.

Hôtel dans son jus Il pourrait être modernisé. La Clim ne marchait pas dans notre chambre. Bruyant on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue. Cela tient au fait qu’il est en plein carrefour. Le roof top est sympa.

Great reasonably priced option. I am a former local living abroad visiting and it’s super convenient, very good breakfast with a lovely view, comfortable, clean. Personnel is lovely. Likely staying here next time I need to stay in Heraklion again.
