The check in process at Caesars was very disappointing. Had to wait in a short line over 30 mins only to be told that our reservation had been changed, without notifying us, to the Rodu hotel. We then had to walk across the casino and up to the 72nd floor to check in. My wife cannot walk long distances due to physical issues so this made things very stressful. Overall check in time took over 1 hour. The staff member at Rodu check in was great. She apologized for the inconvenience and took the time to book a show at another casino for us for that night.

Most staff was very nice and helpful but we had a few people on the guest services they were unhelpful and borderline rude Only 2 devices allowed internet at the time and only able to remove this after 24 hours so if you log 2 and want to change devices you have to wait 24 hours to do so, no warning for this and in most hotels in Vegas have not amount of devices restrictions Only body cream, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as amenities no shower cap, no sleepers or bath robe available.
