What I didn't like was u changed us to the dolphin hotel. Which was the worst hotel I ever stayed in no person at reception had to go to another hotel to get the entry pass to get in which broke on our third day, No bar No service . The hotel itself was falling apart the rooms were crap (if u want photos I can send). Glass doors and windows smashed. I could keep going but what's the point I'm getting more annoyed the more I keep thinking about it.

Hotel was closed when we got to it my friend was crying so we had to stay somewhere and we won't go near it again very poor from the outside very disappointed with everything

It was closed.. locked up..tel number on the property was disconnected..was told its been empty for some time..THIS IS A RIP OFF..

Unable to get into the property. The hotel closed down a while ago but continues to fleece money from unsuspecting customers

Payed for my 2 night stay , I turned up with my booking on my phone , only to find out I can't check in , because I don't have a code for self check in . I ring the number I had from booking 30 minutes later still not checked in so I had to find another hotel for the night . It's now a week later no apology and I'm still waiting for my money back .
