Fue decepcionante esta 2da vez q fui la verdad no volveré, la habitación q me dieron tenia un persona dentro mantenimiento dentro de ella o sea no estaba lista, ya no.ponen música y los q llevamos bocina nos hicieron bajar el.volumen, no tenía acceso a todas las picinas, puertas del balcón q no sirven duchas no funcionan, mal olor baños externos, elevador se demora mucho tiempo, quise devolver mi toalla y llevaba prisa xq me tenía q ir al aeropuerto el señor q las recibía a las 9am llego 9.18 y aun así me hizo esperar a que desempacar todas las toallas q llevaba para acomodar

This resort has been rated a 6 out of 10 for a reason! 1. While booking this stay, I was offered their transportation service for an additional fee. We purchased their shuttle service, and on the day of pickup, we were at the airport waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes to be picked up. Come to find out, they forgot to schedule the transportation and only reserved it in once I called and asked when they were coming. They never apologized nor offered me compensation. 2. Most importantly: This resort is NOT a ALL inclusive resort. Their food selections are minimal, because most restaurants aren’t a part of the “all inclusive” package. There are many bars, pools, beach areas and live music spots, that we couldn’t use because it wasn’t included in our all inclusive package. They told us we could purchase the pyramid “all inclusive” which was the TRUE all inclusive. This would’ve been nice to know before purchasing. The up charge was $53 (USA) per person, per day. For my wife and I, that would’ve cost us $742 extra. With that add-on, I could’ve used the same amount of money and went somewhere nice. There were also restaurants that was included in our package but it was closed for the season. If you’re a foodie this is NOT the place. The food was mediocre, and the buffet regularly served cold food. Who knows, maybe the good restaurants are with the premium pyramid up-charge? On a positive note, the pools are pretty nice, the fitness center 👍

Room was clean . Needs an upgrade . They charge extra for everything. The all inclusive only gives you a few Restaurante’s to choose from once you’re there at check in they offer you 19 restaurants to choose from for an extra $575 for a week for two people which you have already paid $1275 for the week so that’s extra . They don’t tell you that those restaurants are just good samples …. Yes you read right …, it’s just bites of what you choose on the menu and if you want an alcoholic beverage with your meal is about $25-$35 per drink ….besides the two buffet that you have access to with the not upgraded package those are obviously all you can eat ….. plus you don’t have access to them whenever you want is on schedules . No waiters around the facilities . You must go to the bars or restaurants and order what you want and must wear a tshirt and shorts or formal wear to get in also you can not come from the pool to eat because you’re wet and won’t let you in . Even the coffee shop the rules apply to all facilities unless you’re by the pool bars . The beach lung chairs have NO COVER UMBRELLAS. And if you want the beds or cabanas you have to pay $75 for the day no matter what package you bought . You can’t use all lounge areas with pool / beach view only a few because they will charge you and in that case yes there’s a waiter to serve you but only if you pay $75 extra per day. Overall is ok but won’t stay there again because of all the extra charges For 2 $1850 for 5 nights

Todo muy sucio y con cucarachas si pudiera pediría mi dinero de regreso las albercas sucias y las camas apestadas a umedat regrese con un dolor de cabeza por el olor la Comida’s lo mismo diario
