The front door had been smashed and was covered in plywood, the sink was missing a stopper, hot water was difficult to achieve, took about 10 minutes of running water. The windows are so cheap that the road noise is unacceptable. For £90 with no breakfast, give this place a big swerve!

Very impressed clean rooms TV on suite bathroom clean and a bonus cleaning ladies very polite and friendly good price good value windows open which some Hotels don't which is a bonus in this hot sticky weather impressed the only thing I think the hotel needs is a washing machine and the cooker doesn't work but like that uve got a kitchen with a microwave cutlery plates glasses and mugs and table and chairs t to eat at and a living room could do with t towels in the kitchen overall very impressed and are coming to stay again real soon 💕 Melanie Stewart nnhh

Shame it doesn't have parking for everyone and being told you will be fined if you use the wrong space. Had to park on the street a fare way from the property, but other than that a pleasant place.

No parking facility for single room occupancy was inconvenient and had to leave car in a nearby exposed housing estate and walk back. Check-in was confusing with key boxes on the wall for each room, but access is via the key coded digital front door lock. The hidden digital locks on the room door handles can be confusing for new arrivals. Room was basic and very noisy at street level, with only wooden blinds that let light in. All TV channels did not work. A budget hotel is what you pay for and get if that's all you want. Not as advertised.

Nice unattended hotel, but there were some broken handles. Ground floor room facing the road is very noisy, as it is a busy road.
