The room was clean and house keeping staff very attentive. As this hotel is connected to the mall it is very convenient for us. Only issue is Grab always missed the hotel lobby pickup and drove straight to the mall. This caused us inconvenient. The hotel sign is not visible enough for grab drivers to notice and they pass the hotel even for drop off. Overall I like the spacious room.

I always stay here. The hotel has good prices, good free breakfast, excellent and helpful staff and conveniently connected to a great shopping mall

Friendly and helpful staff. I love the location of the hotel, adjacent to Robinsons Magnolia. Super convenient to shops and restaurants. Room was huge but getting a bit dated. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is also great as it is inside the mall. However, multiple electrical outlets didn't work and the toilet didn't always work. Nevertheless, I would still recommend if you need a clean and well located hotel to stay while in Quezon City
