For the positives, the room was clean, bed comfortable, and the location convenient with plenty of parking. But this is very basic, with not even a bottle of water provided. The shower was coming away from the wall and no mirror in the bathroom. There was no-one there, all automated with codes sent via text. And if you book with hotels.com, they haven't sent across the phone number to the hotel so there is no text message and you have to call when arriving! High risk that no-one could answer, so I was a little panicked when I arrived! Would I stay again? Maybe, but only if it was just sleeping and I'd contact them in advance with my phone number.

I was unsure about this booking as reviews was mixed, the self coded check in as i tried to use the key pad the sun was so bring you could not see to use it , but luck that someone was their to let me in manually, I was confused with codes as they gave you same code for front door and was same for your room, i managed in the end to get the right telephone number of contact and was assured that was correct, and it was actually all ok, the TV apparently was not programmed and so I did not know how to use it but that was ok, The room was clean, bedding was clean and i slept ok. The only thing I would suggest is better clear instructions, luck again i seen someone on my way out and he suggested using the back door to enter as the keypad was easy to see without sun on it, maybe get a shade for front keypad Parking was great and i was near the venue i was going to that evening so all in all worked out good.

The property cancelled the booking on the day in the evening. I was told I would get another booking at not extra cost. This did not happen. Awful experience this time through Expedia with OYO. Disrupted my day at work trying to sort out the booking and speak to numerous people on the phone for a long time. Frustrating to waste so much of my time on a Saturday at work - to no avail and no room at the end of all that..!
