  The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the staff could’ve been a little more attentive, nicer and our room wasn’t serviced the 2n 3d we were there. Outside of that, it was a good place to pull up last minute for a good deal. Be sure to book for however many people if you use this app- if not you’ll be charged for an extra guest at check in. I was booking this last min through this app & it auto populated 1 guest, I confirmed & when I arrived & it was 2 of us & they charged an extra 320 on top of the 340 I paid. All my fault, moving too fast but the resort was nice just wasn’t worth 660.

  We tried getting into Hakka, their Japanese restaurant. Their manager didn't let us in stating that they have a rule of not letting people in if their arms are bare because my brother was wearing a T-shirt. We had to go back to the rooms to change, but when we were back he told us there are no more tables, even though we specifically said we will be back within 15 minutes. Not to mention there were a couple of empty tables at the back. In addition, there was a big group of people right in the middle of the restaurant with males with open arms and females - in open summer dresses (deep V-neck and open arms and backs). And when I asked for their manager, he threw in my face that he is the manager here and I can complain to whoever I want. It was quite a disappointing experience. Also, the swimming pool is quite small, so there was literally no place available. The only positive impression was left by the coffee shop they have in the hotel, where you can grab drinks and snacks. We were staying in Cancun for 20 days and visited 4 different all-inclusive hotels as we wanted to explore different areas and options. We were planning to stay in Oleo for 4-5 days, but decided not to extend after such treatment and moved to a different place and were happy with the new option.

  Absolutely superb customer service. I was treated like a celebrity. The masseuse Nataly was amazing and very talented. The reception during check-in was very attentive. The checkout receptionist went above and beyond and was very considerate of my situation not feeling well due to the indulgence. I'm a Solo traveler but I did not feel alone at any second. I highly recommend staying here I'm definitely coming back!

  Quarto, bom colchao e limpeza ok. paenas isso de ok do hotel Comida Pessima. Sempre acaba tudo antes. Bares não sabem fazer um drink, tudo horrivel. Frigobar quebrado. Tv quebrada, telefone do quarto quebrado pessimo. Limepeza do quarto so é feita em dias impares, nao tenho problemas com isso mas n fomos avisado previamente disso. Apesar de pratico pegar onibus ou taxi a distancia das demais coisas da zona hoteleira é consideravel. Bar principal do hotel nao tinha ar condicionado. parece q é de proposito pra n ficarmos bebendo ali muito tempo, ambiente zero conforto. Se nao der gorjeta esquece sao super rudes e nao te atendem em nada mesmo solicitando as coisas. Brigaram comigo porque minha namorada estava com insolação e precisava levar comida para ela no quarto, não deixaram eu pegar um prato do Buffet e fazer pra ela passando mal. frase do funcionario: "Se quiser comer essa comida tem que descer, Se não descer peça serviço de quarto que tem um cardapio pessimo" Em resumo pelo valor apesar de pouco mais barato que outros hoteis o barato sai caro pedimos uber eat quase todo dia.
